The West Orange High School Social Studies Department is dedicated to working collaboratively to enage
our students in the critical analysis of historical and contemporary issues to foster the development and
growth of caring and interested citizens. Our department goal is to provide a comprehensive program that
meets the needs of our diverse learners. To this end, we have structured a wide-ranging program of study
